It is a center for integral education and personalized emotional support, where young people can strengthen their values and abilities, and bring them to light beyond the limits that often stigmatize them.

Our mission is to rebuild the bonds that connect young people with society—especially those at risk due to emotional distress, fragile family or social contexts, early dropout from formal education, or the threat of unemployment.

It is also a technical training center, where young people discover and develop their unique skills and abilities, which will be essential for becoming socially recognized and valued professionals.

It is a welcoming space .

A place of care and accompaniment, with resident families and available professionals, where young people find support and guidance as they grow and take steps toward adult life.

A family-structured environment, because family is the natural space where care and affirmation of one’s worth take place, and where the foundations of an adult personality capable of facing today’s challenges are formed.

It is a teaching method .

  • To do is to think, to do is to learn.

    It is not approached from a theoretical and abstract perspective, but rather from lived experience: practical, personal, concrete and shared. The method does not just convey ideas, but teaches how to observe, judge and question. It is based on learning a trade as a way to feel proud of oneself through pride in what one does and achieves, with the aim of regaining self-esteem and awakening interest and passion for one's own work.

  • Learning by emulation .

    Educators convey their way of living and acting, not only with words. Young people learn by emulation, but their education is built on the testimony of adult role models and the support of all the educational agents at the Central.

  • Every student is unique .

    The individual, in their uniqueness, is at the centre, recognising their specificity. Each person is unique and the method adapts to them, not the other way around. A dynamic, flexible, personalised form of learning guided by the educator is proposed.

  • Mutual respect as a starting point .

    The educator works to establish a deep human connection with the student, based on sincere and unconditional involvement. There is no professional distance, only affection. There is no intrusion, only respect for their intimacy and privacy. The method focuses on the person, not their problems, and does so without stigmatisation.

  • Freedom and responsibility .

    It stems from the will of the individual. From shared responsibility and mutual commitment.

  • A comprehensive vision, a total commitment .

    Education is understood from a comprehensive perspective of the individual and their environment, encompassing all dimensions: emotional, educational, family, social, occupational, and therapeutic. It is a process that progresses from acceptance and welcoming to commitment, willingness to change, and integration.

    A method based on a continuous, calm, and respectful process of educational accompaniment, enabling each young person to discover their abilities, become aware of the value of what they do and who they are, grow as a person, and shape their own life project.
